At my house, two weeks rolled into one.....

Time got away from me last week, so this is last weeks and this weeks "At my house" all rolled into one.

Shaped sandwiches are still very popular in our house. How cute is this butterfly cutter?

In the last month, I have some how ended up with two new pair of shoes. I have not had a new pair of shoes for almost 2 years, so it has been lovely to have some new ones to wear (the ones on the left have little strawberries on them, too cute)

Abbey wanted a skirt made out of the rainbow nappy wipes fabric, so she got one.

I made some snack bags for Abbey, some thing I have been meaning to do for ages, and was inspired to do so thanks to this blog post. It possibly took longer for her to choose which fabric to use than it did for me to make them.

With no prompting from us, Abbey has been practicing how to write her name.

I had a special custom order to make for a new baby.

And can you ever have too much fun with bubbles?

Nope, never in our house.

Join in here.

Have a lovely week.

  1. That all sounds very nice at your house. We have also been doing a bit of sandwich cutting in shapes - particularly for the kinder lunchbox so we can add an extra incentive to go. Looks like you have new shoes for every occasion now. Great home projects too!

Thanks for joining in again this week. Lou.

That will be so much fun to hit around and chew on :) I'll be going to visit the new bub on Wed so I'm hoping the card arrives tomorrow, fingers crossed! They are such a beautiful set, thanks so much Cat!

  5. I really like the idea of snack bags. I'll keep that for when bubs is older.
